All apartments are equipped with:
- A fully equipped kitchen with appliances: dishwasher, induction stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, integrated microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, smoothie blender
- Comprehensive kitchenware: allows for normal kitchen use (no specialty tools included). Includes items such as wine glasses, pots, 2 x frying pans, scissors, 2 x baking dishes, and fruit bowls
- Bed linen and towels: beds are pre-made, and each bed includes a small and a large towel
- Basic cleaning equipment: vacuum cleaner, brush/dustpan, cleaning cloth, floor squeegee, shovel
- In the kitchen: dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, dish brush, paper towels, parchment paper
- In the bathroom/toilet: hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer
- In the washroom/sauna: sauna seat covers (pefletit), sauna accessories
- For children: potty, high chair
- Climate control & tech: mechanical ventilation with automatic boost, underfloor heating with apartment-specific thermostats, home/away switch, electric vehicle charging
- Appliances: washing machine, drying cabinet, electric sauna stove
- Balcony: includes 3 x chairs and a table
Instructions: Apartment folder and instructions on the apartment door in both Finnish and English. User manuals for all machines and appliances can be found in a black box.
In addition to the apartment, the rental includes:
- A designated parking space with 11 kWh charging + standard mains power outlet
- Keyless entry using a four-digit code for the duration of your reservation
- A private “storage locker” for hobby and sports equipment
- Access to a comprehensive 47 m² gym
- Outdoor bike washing facilities during the summer season
- A few additional parking spaces for a car or trailer in the yard area
- Clear instructions sent in advance via email/text message, with additional instructions provided in the apartment
